The Bodega Bay area local Easter Egg hunt happens every year on Easter Sunday for all the local area children ages 0-12 years old! We have 2 hunting sites for different ages, each with eggs filled with candy & toys that have been donated by local community members and businesses! So what is yoga anyway?

It is an excellent form of exercise, but it has countless other advantages. It calms your nerves, quiets your mind, decreases anxiety, heightens immunity, awakens consciousness, and allows us to connect and unite with all the levels of our being – physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class blends gentle movement accompanied by focused rhythmic breathing which can help you find comfort and ease in your body and mind.

You are cordially invited to join our ongoing Gentle Yoga class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 to 10:15 at the Community

Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow with emphasis on breathing, quiet reflection allowing us to come away feeling flexible in our bodies, relaxed in our minds and calmed in our nervous system.

We will start out each class with a breathing meditation, gently warm our joints and muscles. We will use our breath to flow in slow  gentle movements  and end class with a relaxation.

Classes are held Wednesdays 9:00 to 10:00 am.
